Supported PSEO Program
Students who do not meet these initial requirements may be admitted to MSUM through our Supported PSEO Program. Please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions for more details.
Supported PSEO requires a that a student completes a pre-college seminar provided by MSUM faculty during the first week of classes. The seminar will address university logistics such as D2L Brightspace, communications, library access, and other online resources. In addition, students will receive instruction on the purposes of syllabi, time management, and study strategies for mastering college-level course work. After completing the seminar, MSUM will issue a Certificate of Completion that verifies the particulars of student admissibility to MSUM. If a student is unlikely to complete the seminar, the student will be dropped from the program during the free drop/add period and will return to regular high school enrollment.
In addition, you must be a resident of Minnesota. North Dakota residents attending a Minnesota high school are not eligible.
