Undergraduate Preliminary Credit Evaluation

Fill out the information below to receive your preliminary credit evaluation for an undergraduate degree program. We can only evaluate US institutions, if you have credits from a non-US institution, we won’t be able to process the request. Be sure to attach all of your unofficial transcripts as separate documents onto the form, multiple documents can be uploaded.

If you are a returning student to MSU Moorhead, your best option is to apply as a returning student to ensure your degree audit is accurate and includes your previously completed MSUM coursework.

The preliminary credit evaluation is not set to review graduate level coursework at this time. Please contact Graduate Studies if you have questions about transferring graduate level coursework to MSUM.
