This Dragon Delivery can be used to celebrate accomplishments, show gratitude or recognize Dragon Pride. The Moorhead Public Library was established in 1904, when the Women’s Club of Moorhead, Minnesota persuaded the Moorhead City Council to establish an annual library fund. It took an active interest in social, educational, economic, and political problems at both the local and national levels. The club was represented at district and state conferences.
