Educational Leadership, Student Affairs & Higher Education

The newly redesigned Master of Science in Educational Leadership, Student Affairs and Higher Education emphasis prepares students for positions in colleges and universities. This emphasis provides coursework specific to student affairs in higher education as well as one semester of practicum in a college or university setting. Student Affairs and Higher Education graduates may work in areas such as admissions, residence halls, the student union, financial aid, and advising centers.

The MSUM Educational Leadership program is offered in an online course delivery format. The faculty promise to deliver personalized advising and opportunities to collaborate while developing confidence in technology as an essential learning tool.
