Applications Team

The Applications team is lead by Director Terry Peterson. Application services provides software application technologies to include web applications and development, custom application development, restructuring and integration of data, data reporting as well as the packaging, deployment, and integration of vendor software applications. Also involved with negotiating software contracts and software licensing for enterprise and departmental-level installations.

Customer Support Team

Infrastructure Team

The Infrastructure team is led by Director Sam Groff. Infrastructure services administers enterprise-level hardware, software, systems, and network infrastructure that provide underlying support for University activities. This includes data centers, databases, telephone (PBX), network, wireless, central storage and system backup solutions, server management, and systems management and operations.
