Minnesota State University Moorhead is nationally accredited and offers many degree programs at both the undergraduate and graduate level. An international freshman student is starting at a university for the first time or is transferring with fewer than 12 university credits. Usually the student enrolls directly out of high school/secondary school with no previous university experience.
MSUM International Student Services offers a program called the Starter Pack Program for our new international students.
