What does AACSB Accreditation mean for you? It means our program:
- has undergone a rigorous internal review and evaluation,
- has developed and implemented a plan to meet the nine AACSB standards,
- delivers a high-quality teaching environment, a commitment to continuous improvement, and curricula responsive to the needs of business, and
- goes through a peer review process every five years.
Minnesota State University Moorhead’s Paseka School of Business is accredited by the AACSB International (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International), an organization founded in 1916. As of April 2024, there are over 1,021 AACSB-accredited business schools in over 65 countries and territories. AACSB’s mission is to elevate the quality and impact of business schools globally. AACSB accreditation is the mark of quality distinction most widely sought after by business schools—less than 6% worldwide have earned the achievement. As the premier membership and accrediting body for institutions offering undergraduate, master’s and doctorate degrees in business and accounting, the association also conducts various conferences and seminar programs.
