Student Orientation, Advising & Registration Information

Student Orientation, Advising & Registration (SOAR) is required for all new students and is where you will meet with an academic advisor and register for classes. Below, you’ll find directions, parking information, and an overview of the day’s schedule. A more detailed schedule will be provided at check-in.

SOAR Directions & Parking

• Check-in will be your first stop for SOAR starting at 8:30 am-9:00 am and will be located on the 2nd floor of the Comstock Memorial Union (CMU).
• Free parking is available in general (G) parking lots G-1, G-6 and G-7.
  • The physical address for the CMU is 615 14th St. S.
