How Does Success Coaching Work?

Our holistic coaching model recognizes that you are a person first, and a student second. The goal of a success coaching meeting is to provide support, guidance, and encouragement so you can feel confident in all aspects of your college experience, not just academics.

Meetings are structured based on your needs and goals. Your coach's role is to listen, ask questions, and help you determine the next step. This can include setting an attainable goal, offering a helpful campus resource, and/or finding other strategies and tools that support your academic, personal, and professional growth.
