Day permits may be obtained from the Public Safety Dept. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Day permits may override parking meters if specified on the individual permit.

To park on the Minnesota State University Moorhead campus, all students, faculty, staff, and others associated with the University need to register their vehicles and obtain a parking permit with the Public Safety Dept.

Through this grant, School Psychology and School Counseling graduate students can apply for scholarships of at least $10,000 per year and up to $20,000 per student.

Membership to the Russell and Ann Gerdin Wellness Center at MSUM gives you access to a wide variety of fitness equipment and health resources, and is included in MSUM and PSEO student fees.
