Women's Center Resources

Women's Center Library

The Women’s Center houses a specialized collection of books and journals on topics such as feminism and pop culture, gender and sexuality, women’s literature, critical race theory, sexual health and pleasure, activism, and more. All books can be signed out.

We invite students, faculty, and staff to browse our collection in person or online at Librarika.

We also receive subscriptions of feminist magazines like Bitch, Ms. Magazine, Bust, and Curve, plus Women’s Health Activist and Freedom Socialist newsletters for your reading pleasure.

Student Zine Collection

We maintain a one-of-a-kind collection of “zines” made by MSUM students over the years. These handmade underground publications address everything from racism to body image to food stamps to coming out. Drop by to check out our display and get inspired to craft your own—we have supplies on hand!
