Office of Institutional Effectiveness

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness serves as the official source of objective, research-based data. Providing access to institutional knowledge for university and external stakeholders. We provide accurate and timely data and information to support strategic, data-informed decision making. This includes data about the University's program effectiveness, its students, faculty and staff.

Note: The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is the public data contact. We do not release non-directory student data to external requesters. Contacts for other university data, along with the Data Access Policy can be found at the Data Access Procedure website. For more information, please contact the Registrar's Office.

Data Information Requests

University stakeholders should use this online form to request data from the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.

Your request will be added to our workload queue. If we have further questions, we may request a conference call, virtual meeting, or in-person meeting to discuss. A report template may be created to confirm our understanding of your data needs.

The OIE Team is spending the week of November 4 - 8 in a team retreat. There will be no weekly enrollment reporting this week. We will only be responding to urgent requests during this timeframe. Our retreat time is planned as a combination of strategic planning, process enhancement, and team building. We appreciate your patience, consideration, and planning ahead so we can focus our efforts during our retreat. Thank you!

University data is also available to users of our analytic and reporting tools – Pyramid (Blackboard Analytics/data warehouse) and SSRS (Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services). Users are able to export data directly from either of these tools.

Please email us if you have any questions or concerns.
