Nelson Hall for Upperclass and Transfer Students

Nelson Hall

You can’t miss Nelson Hall. Twelve floors tall and boasting a unique cylindrical shape, it’s a campus landmark. Now home to our newly refreshed Upperclass Single Rooms, complete with new furniture and full-size beds. Each floor includes:

  • Kitchenette
  • Laundry facilities

John Neumaier Hall Apartments Co-Ed for Transfer and Upperclass Students

John Neumaier Apartments

This co-ed, air-conditioned apartment building combines the convenience of on-campus living with the independence of apartment life. Each apartment features:

  • Two spacious bedrooms
  • Two full bathrooms
  • Living room
  • Full kitchen, complete with table and chairs

Holmquist Hall Suites for Upperclass and Transfer Students

Holmquist Suites

The first floor of Holmquist Hall features recently refurbished, air-conditioned suites where two students share:

  • Two bedrooms
  • A common area
  • A bathroom
